People began to live in the spirit, which through His love built community, giving us Faith, Hope and Charity!People began to live in the spirit which through His love built community which gave us Faith Hope and Charity!

The Retreat

Guided by the gifts of the Holy Spirit, students will have an opportunity to explore their calling and life mission as they prepare to leave high school. They will learn that the Lord has a plan for everyone and how building a personal relationship with Jesus assists us in the discernment of our gifts and talents.

Through THE CALL Retreat, students will:

  • Through witness talks, understand how the Lord has a plan for each one of us; a mission that only we can fulfill

  • Learn about how building a relationship with Jesus helps each one of us find our calling and plan for our future

  • Explore the powerful intercession of the Holy Spirit in guiding the first apostles and initiating the early church c/o movie excerpts from A.D. The Bible Series (covering the life and death of Jesus Christ)

  • Understand how the apostles were led to live a life in the Holy Spirit and the importance of living united with the Spirit in order to be empowered as God's leaders and community builders

  • Witness how the Lord empowered His apostles through the gifts of Courage, Fortitude, Wisdom and Understanding, and how The Holy Spirit delivered His Apostles, like St. Peter and Paul, from their difficulties by Grace; the same Grace which is ours today!

  • Participate in prayer and reflection to explore how we are called by name to serve the Lord

  • Have the opportunity to shed light upon their personal calling by asking the Lord during reflective time in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

  • Assist our charity in making rosary bracelets for our fundraising drive
